Bupa Arabia - Mobile App revamp
The problems which we where trying to solve while redesigning the mobile app for Bupa Arabia:
Navigation: Make sure that the navigation is intuitive, and users can easily find the information they are looking for.
Accessibility: Ensure that the app is accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities. For instance, users with visual impairments should be able to use the app with the help of a screen reader.
Performance: Users expect the app to be fast and responsive, and any delays can lead to frustration. So, a proper transition between pages could be something which we thought of including
Design: The app's design should be aesthetically pleasing, and the color scheme should be easy on the eyes. Ensure that the font size is appropriate for the device.
Content: The content should be clear, concise, and relevant. Users should be able to understand the purpose of the app and the benefits it offers.
Feedback: Users should be able to provide feedback on the app, and their feedback should be taken seriously. Use feedback to improve the app and make it more user-friendly.
Proper Login and Registration : Users need proper and clean way for account creation, as there are personal and business users it important to have proper user journey to suffice both individually.
Usability: The app should be easy to use and understand, with clear instructions and guidance provided.
Customization: Allow users to customize the app to their needs and preferences, such as changing the color scheme or font size.
User Personas:
Policyholders: These are individuals who have purchased insurance from Bupa Arabia. They can use the app to view their policy details, manage their account, and access healthcare services.
Healthcare Providers: These are medical professionals who have partnered with Bupa Arabia. They can use the app to manage their appointments, view patient details, and submit claims.
General Users: These are individuals who do not have insurance with Bupa Arabia but are interested in finding healthcare providers. They can use the app to search for providers, view their profiles and book appointments.
